Audit training — including the use of AI

Workshops run by a practitioner, on material from real engagements. No slides copied out of the standards — exercises on data that looks like yours.

Training is worth something when the participant does one thing differently on Monday than they did on Friday. So every workshop ends with something the participant takes away — an audit programme, a set of tests, or a working prompt that runs on their own data.

We deliver in-house training for teams and individual sessions, remotely or on the client’s premises, in English or Polish.

Flagship programme

Artificial intelligence in audit work

Our most requested workshop. Not about what AI is — about where in an engagement it genuinely shortens the work, and where it introduces risk an auditor cannot accept.

What the workshop covers

  • Where AI helps and where it hurts — a map of engagement stages with an assessment of usefulness and risk for each
  • Document analysis — rapid searching of contracts, policies and procedures, spotting inconsistencies between documents, comparing versions
  • Working with data — building queries and formulas, detecting anomalies, describing distributions, preparing data for testing
  • Drafting findings — turning working notes into findings with the correct structure: condition, criteria, effect, cause, recommendation
  • AI-assisted OSINT — speeding up searches, organising results, spotting connections in large information sets
  • Lines that must not be crossed — personal and confidential data in external tools, model confabulation, the duty to verify every finding, an audit trail for tool use

What participants take away

  • A library of ready prompts for typical audit tasks
  • A checklist for assessing the reliability of a model’s output
  • A template internal policy on the use of AI in an audit function
  • Exercises to repeat independently on their own data

Duration: one day (6–7 hours), or two days in the extended version with hands-on work on participants’ own data.

Our approach

How we run workshops

Built on your cases

Before the session we gather information about the organisation and the problems the team faces. Exercises are built on material as close to your reality as possible — anonymised, but real.

More practice than lecture

Roughly one third theory, two thirds hands-on work. Participants complete tasks, make mistakes and discuss them in the room — the only way a skill survives the training.

Support afterwards

For a month after the workshop participants can ask questions by email — usually when they try a technique on their own engagement and something does not work.

Book training for your team

Tell us how many participants, their level, and what should change afterwards. We will design a programme around those three things.
